S’more fun tomorrow night at Pumpkin Hollow! 🎃Tomorrow, Tuesday Oct. 19th kicks off bonfires and s'mores at Pumpkin Hollow. Several fire pits will be located at the top of the trail but no worries if you are unable to walk the trail, we will have 2 fire pits located near the entrance to accommodate ALL. Temperatures are going to be perfect. We ask that you bring cash as we are unable to take credit cards at the gate. S'mores kits are $5 and drinks will be sold separately. (All proceeds go to GFD) Come hang out with Greenville Fire Dept. and Greenville Tourism Commission as they welcome this beautiful Fall weather to Greenville. There will be a simple waiver to sign for entering the trail at night. Bring your own flashlights or borrow one at the gate. Welcome to the Ag Center Alivia Burns! We are so excited you have joined the team. 🥳 We can’t wait to collaborate on future endeavors with you! Teamwork makes the dream work!The Muhlenberg County Agriculture and Convention Center is pleased to announce Alivia Burns as the new Director of Marketing for the facility.

Burns is a graduate of the University of Kentucky with a bachelor's degree in business marketing and a minor in psychology. She serves on the Muhlenberg County Fair Board and is very active in her community. She is married to Landon Burns and resides in Dunmor.

Alivia Burns assumed the position on October 7th.

"Alivia is a remarkable young lady with the education, personality, and most of all the passion that is needed to be successful in her position. I feel that she will be a refreshing and energetic addition to our county's efforts to move forward. I look forward to working with her and the Muhlenberg County Agriculture Center Advisory Committee. “ Judge Executive Curtis McGehee

The Muhlenberg County Agriculture and Convention Center is comprised of 10 active commissioners - Darrin Benton, Andrew Bullock, Mary Kate Kordes, Jeff Clark, Kenneth Mayhugh, Audra Nelson, Dee Mallory, Mackenzie Pogue, Sabrina Scott, and Michelle Conkwright. They are tasked with advising the director and promoting the facility as a destination for visitors and vendors.

Alivia has grown up from childhood in this facility and says, "I personally owe most of my childhood memories to this facility. I spent countless hours and years working on my horsemanship skills and volunteering as a 4-H member and Fair Board member. My hope is to shed light on this wonderful facility and invest my skills as a business professional to promote it. I cannot wait to begin this journey!"
